A little About Maddie

I spent almost my entire 20’s trying to heal chronic “mystery illnesses.” From hospitalizations and surgeries to experiencing chronic GI, hormonal imbalance, endocrine / neurological disorders, PCOS, anxiety, depression, and more... I’ve been there. After years of searching for answers and coming up short, I finally discovered relief through a root-cause, functional medicine approach.

This profound personal transformation ignited my passion to become a health coach and functional diagnostic nutritionist. My mission is clear: to prevent others from losing precious years to unresolved health issues as I did. By blending my love for nutritious food and healthy living along with functional testing and individualized plans, I help clients unlock their potential and become their best selves.
