Grain-Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Muffins

One of my favorite things about this recipe is that it’s mostly sweetened by the bananas themselves! Mix that with a bit of honey, and you have yourself a delicious, refined-sugar free sweet!
Ingredient list
2 mashed bananas
2 tablespoons of olive oil (this works best, but coconut oil may work, too!)
1/3 cup of almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1 egg (or flax egg for vegan)
3 tablespoon raw honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Optional: 2 scoops of plain collagen
Optional: Walnuts

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350. Then, you’ll want to mix your wet ingredients together, and dry ingredients together separately from one another. Once you’re done mixing both of those, combine them together until they are well incorporated. Fold in your chocolate chips to the mixed batter!
Step 3
Bake your muffins for 25-35 minutes, or until you can stick in a toothpick and have it come out clean! Let them cool, and enjoy!
