Gooey Pumpkin Cookie Bars

Ingredient list
3/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar (Or Whole Earth Sweetener’s allulose blend for sugar-free!)
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoon maple syrup (or lakanto monkfruit maple for sugar-free!)
2 flax eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
3 tablespoon coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 handfuls chocolate chips

Step 1
Prepare flax eggs and set aside to gel. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together wet ingredients, then add in dry ingredients.
Step 3
Bake for 22-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing. DEVOUR!! <3
