Dark Chocolate Mug Cake
DARK CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
I made this in honor of National Chocolate Day, but this mug cake tastes good ANY day! Made with healthy ingredients, and chocolate chips from GoodSam to help keep my blood-sugar steady!

Ingredient list
2 tablespoon almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
2 tablespoon cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Dash of sea salt
2 tablespoon coconut sugar*
2-4 tablespoons of GoodSam allulose sweetened chocolate chips (use code MADDIE15 for 15% off your order!)
1 tablespoon maple syrup*
1 tablespoon non-dairy milk
1 egg (flax egg for V!)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon olive oil
*Use monkfruit or allulose granulated sweetener and maple syrup to keep blood sugar steady!

Steps
Step 1
Mix your wet ingredients together, and your dry ingredients together in two separate bowls. Then, combine the two.
Step 2
Mix in 2-4 tablespoons of GoodSam allulose chocolate chips (in your batter, and/or on top, or both!)

Step 3
Using a large mug (or bowl/ramekins work too!), microwave for about 1 minute to 1 minute and 35 seconds (more or less depending on your microwave!). top with more chocolate chips and other toppings of your choice. ENJOY! :)
OVEN OPTION
If you prefer to use an oven, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat your ramekin or mug before adding the batter. Bake for 10-15 minutes (check on it because your mug size and oven will make a difference! :)
